A piece of trim fell off my car and I made an appointment for an estimate on the website. It was so easy. When I came in, they fixed the piece of trim and put it back on my car and didn’t charge me. This is amazing and I will come back when I have bodywork that needs to be done. Thank you so much crash champions, you rock!

I had such an amazing experience with Crash Champions — truly 10/10 service. After my car was damaged, their team made what could’ve been a really stressful situation feel easy and taken care of from start to finish. Jose, the manager, went completely above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled smoothly. They even went out of their way to help me get a rental car, which made a huge difference. You can tell they really value their customers and take pride in their work. I’m so grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Team is exceptional, service is high quality and timely and super professional. I had to bring my car is several times and the consistency was a relief to know I would get great service every time. highly recommend!

I had an appointment at Crash Champions in Oakland on November 8th. I met with Vu, who took down my information, photos, and vehicle details and said the estimator would send me a repair estimate. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything—no estimate, no follow-up, no communication. If this is how they handle customers from the start, it doesn’t give me confidence in their service or professionalism. I expected at least a basic update. Very disappointing experience.

This shop was hands down a 10/10 not one single issue everything was as promised heck they even worked with me on pricing, because insurance couldn’t cover all of the cost. I also liked that they did not Guarantee the time or anything he (Brian) just gave me an estimate but through it all I got my car back at the time he stated on the estimate and the work they did on my Lexus was phenomenal can’t even tell. Everything from the bumper trunk and back rear door lined up. Communication and understanding was a 10/10. I 100% recommend them…..
